Air Arabia in Marrakech: identify your flight and prepare for departure
For an Air Arabia flight involving Marrakech, first check the airline's identity on your ticket. Air Arabia Maroc, code 3O, is a separate entity from Air Arabia PJSC, code G9, and the group's other carriers. Commercial rules may vary between Moroccan domestic and international flights. The information below was checked on 1 October 2026; your itinerary and the fare purchased determine which services are actually available.
Find your booking and compare fares
The booking management area lets you add baggage, a seat or a meal and access changes. To retrieve the booking, have its reference, the contact person's name and the departure date ready. Change options depend in particular on the Basic, Value or Ultimate fare and the route; a fare difference may also apply. Check your itinerary's conditions before confirming. If the booking is inaccessible or offers no changes, customer service or the issuing agency may be needed.
AA-MANAGE · AA-MODIFYCheck in and obtain a usable boarding pass
Air Arabia states that online check-in opens 48 hours before departure at eligible airports. Complete the process on the website or app and read the result in full: a check-in confirmation is not always a boarding pass. The airline says additional checks may require you to collect a printed pass at the counter. For Marrakech, follow your flight's instructions rather than applying a procedure from another country. A PDF displayed on a phone is not necessarily accepted as a mobile pass issued by the app.
AA-CHECK · AA-TERMSPrepare both cabin baggage items
The published policy allows a cabin bag up to 7 kg and 55 × 40 × 20 cm, plus a personal item up to 3 kg and 25 × 33 × 20 cm. Duty-free purchases must remain within the total allowance of 10 kg. Do not therefore interpret '10 kg' as permission to take a single suitcase of that weight. Measure external fittings and check that the small item fits under the seat. Also check the allowance confirmed for your operating airline.
AA-CABIN · AA-FARESCheck hold baggage for your Moroccan route
The Basic fare lists hold baggage as a paid option. The Morocco-specific tables distinguish included allowances according to the fare and whether the flight is domestic or international. Look at the weight displayed for your booking rather than relying on a generic group allowance. The hold baggage FAQ specifies a limit of 32 kg and 158 cm, the sum of the three dimensions, per piece for Morocco. These limits are not a free allowance: the weight purchased or included may be lower.
AA-FARES · AA-HOLDAssistance and contact
For a wheelchair or another particular need, use the services section when booking or changing your booking, or contact official assistance. Request it early enough to obtain the necessary details and approvals; then coordinate assistance at the counter. Air Arabia's contact pages offer chat and call centres. Identify your 3O flight and prepare the booking before contacting them, so that information intended for another group airline is not applied to Air Arabia Maroc.
