easyJet in Marrakech: prepare check-in and baggage
For an easyJet departure from Marrakech, prepare your booking and boarding pass before travelling to the airport. Having a pass in an app does not mean it will be accepted everywhere. This guide, checked on 1 October 2026, distinguishes online steps, the counter visit and baggage options to help you organise the return journey without unpleasant surprises.
Manage your booking before travel
The 'Manage bookings' area lets you view your reservation, add baggage or equipment and choose a seat. Check every traveller's name, dates and extras for both journeys. Compare the total trip cost with the baggage actually needed rather than just the seat price. If your booking is an easyJet holidays package, use package support for elements that also involve the holiday or transfer.
EJ-CONTACTOnline check-in and Marrakech timings
easyJet states that online check-in is available between 30 days and 2 hours before departure. In its current table, flights departing from Morocco have baggage drop opening 3 hours before departure and closing 60 minutes before; the gate closes 30 minutes before. These are operational limits, not recommended arrival times. Check the airline's messages for your flight and allow time for queues and checks. Timings are calculated from the scheduled departure unless instructed otherwise.
EJ-TIMESIn Marrakech, prepare a paper boarding pass
easyJet's mobile boarding pass page explicitly lists 'RAK - Marrakech' among airports that do not accept them. The airline therefore asks passengers to check in on its website and print a paper pass. Prepare it before leaving your accommodation. This page also states that a document check at baggage drop is necessary at several airports concerned: follow your departure's specific instructions and do not assume that travelling without hold baggage exempts you from every counter visit.
EJ-BOARDWhich baggage is included?
Each passenger may take a small under-seat bag up to 45 × 36 × 20 cm, including handles and wheels. It may weigh up to 15 kg, provided you can carry it yourself. A large cabin suitcase up to 56 × 45 × 25 cm requires an option or applicable fare benefit: check that it appears in your booking rather than inferring it from your allocated seat. For hold baggage, easyJet offers, among other options, a standard 23 kg bag and a 15 kg option. The purchased weight and charges depend on your choice.
EJ-CABIN · EJ-HOLDArrange assistance or resolve a problem
Notify the airline of assistance needs as soon as possible, no later than 48 hours before travel, during booking, in booking management or through the dedicated team. Some equipment requires prior approval. For a flight question, the official contact page directs you to chat, telephone or a form; keep your reference handy. For damaged or delayed baggage, use the specialised reporting process rather than a general customer service question.
