TUI fly in Marrakech
The name TUI fly covers several airlines and markets. For Marrakech, first note the carrier and flight number on your documents. The rules below are based on TUI fly Belgium and should not be applied to all TUI flights or another airline included in a package.
Book and identify the airline
Check whether you are buying only a flight or a trip with a hotel, then read the baggage and options included in the confirmation. TUI explains that a partner may operate the flight under its own number: seats, baggage and check-in are then managed according to its instructions. A TUI logo on the booking therefore does not prove that every procedure goes through myTUI. Aircraft leasing partners and partner airlines are also two distinct situations.

For its European and Mediterranean destinations, TUI fly Belgium presents Economy with a small hand bag included, while the larger bag may require an option. Its page specifies a transition: a small bag and a large 10 kg bag remain included for bookings made before 30 March 2026 or departures before 1 May 2026. You therefore need to check the purchase date and confirmation, not just the travel date. Do not apply an old '10 kg included' statement to every new booking.

The amount of hold baggage to buy or already included must be checked in the booking. Late additions and excess baggage may incur surcharges; check the option's final price before confirming it. TUI fly Belgium's page states that departures from the Netherlands normally follow Dutch rules, but makes an explicit exception for Rotterdam/Eindhoven to Marrakech, Nador or Oujda: tuifly.be conditions are stated to apply. Compare this information with flight documents, particularly if a partner operates it.

Online check-in is stated to be available from 24 hours to one hour before departure for eligible flights. When the service is not permitted, TUI fly Belgium provides free counter check-in. A visit for baggage or documents may still be necessary. In Marrakech, follow your booking's and operator's specific instructions. For a wheelchair or mobility aid, use the advance declaration form indicated by TUI; some aids must be declared. Do Dutch rules always apply when departing from Eindhoven?
The Belgian page makes an exception for Eindhoven and Rotterdam to Marrakech: it refers to tuifly.be conditions. Check the flight number and confirmation before buying baggage.
