Historical reference
Lauda Motion in Marrakech
The name Lauda Motion still appears in older airline guides. To prepare a current trip to Marrakech, it is especially important to distinguish this historical name, Lauda Europe within the Ryanair group, and the operating airline listed on your booking. The old guide is not evidence of a current route under the name Lauda Motion.
Which name should you look for on the booking?
Ryanair now presents Lauda Europe as a group airline. This does not allow every Ryanair flight to be automatically attributed to Lauda Europe. Check the operator statement in your flight details and keep the original confirmation. For a ticket managed on Ryanair, use the Ryanair booking and customer channels; a Lauda company or recruitment page is not a passenger booking service.
laudamotion-1 · laudamotion-2Booking and formalities
Check included services and any options in the current booking rather than following an old Laudamotion booking link. Check-in, seat selection and departure instructions must match the flight actually booked. If a change alters the flight or operator, reread the information received. When departing from Marrakech, pay particular attention to the boarding pass: recent ticket-related instructions take precedence over an old FAQ reproduced out of context.
laudamotion-3Cabin and hold baggage
For a ticket subject to Ryanair policy, distinguish the included small bag, optional cabin suitcase and checked baggage. Check your booking's exact options and their limits. Old Lauda Motion allowances do not constitute a separate rule for a current trip.
laudamotion-4Assistance and official help
An assistance request should be prepared through the booking's channels. Describe needs for the entire trip and have special equipment confirmed before departure. Group references help explain the operator's identity, but passenger contacts are those of the help centre and ticket. This guide retains the old name to help people searching for it, while directing them to current instructions and avoiding any promise of a direct Lauda Motion flight to Marrakech.
