SWISS is the Swiss airline formed by the merger of Swissair, which was bankrupt, and Crossair. The majority creditors of Swissair, Credit Suisse and UBS, arrange through the Phoenix 26 plan to sell Swissair to Crossair. The latter changes its name to SWISS.
