SWISS in Marrakech: booking, check-in and baggage
Before a trip to Marrakech booked with SWISS, reread all segments and the airline operating them. A ticket marketed by SWISS may include a connection or partner. Preparing baggage from the booking logo alone may therefore lead to applying an unsuitable allowance.
The booking as your reference point
The Manage area lets you view booking status, access check-in and available services, or change a trip when conditions allow. Check schedules before departure and options for each journey. Compare fares with the baggage actually included and change conditions: a hold suitcase or selected seat may change the holiday's final budget.

SWISS opens online check-in 24 hours before take-off. You can identify yourself with your name and booking code, or through your profile, then select the flight and complete the requested information. The pass can be emailed, printed or kept in the SWISS app or a mobile wallet. However, check instructions specific to departure from Marrakech and any request for a counter visit before checks; a digital procedure does not remove a required document check.

On SWISS short- and medium-haul flights, Economy Basic includes a personal item limited to 40 × 30 × 15 cm. Economy Light, Comfort, Comfort Green and Flex also include a cabin suitcase up to 8 kg and 55 × 40 × 23 cm. Certain status benefits may supplement Basic. Duty-free purchases remain within the permitted allowance. When the flight is operated by another airline, apply its rules even if the flight number starts with LX.

The number of checked bags varies with the fare and itinerary. SWISS's table for European itineraries distinguishes Basic and Light without included hold baggage from Comfort, Comfort Green or Flex with one 23 kg piece; do not apply this table to another itinerary without checking the booking. What should I do if the automatic boarding pass does not arrive?
SWISS states that if neither a pass nor a message has arrived 16 hours before departure, automatic check-in could not be completed. Use another check-in option.
