Corendon in Marrakech

Before a Corendon flight involving Marrakech, identify the exact airline and flight number. Corendon Airlines documentation distinguishes XC and XR flights from CD flights: their rules should not be mixed. A holiday purchased from a tour operator may also include a different allowance from a directly sold ticket.

Book and manage the correct reservation

The official Marrakech page lets you search for flights, but dates, operator and services must be checked in the offer actually available. Manage your booking brings together reservation details, seats, baggage options, sports equipment and permitted changes. If you booked a package, also keep the tour operator's confirmation. Ask which reference to use and which services are already included so that you do not buy the same option twice.

Check-in and boarding pass

Use the official Online check-in section and check your airport's and flight's eligibility. Corendon publishes exceptions where a counter visit remains necessary even after completing the online process. Do not infer from the check-in button that you can go straight to the gate in Marrakech. Reread your booking's deadline, the check-in result and document instructions. Baggage to be checked also requires a visit to the relevant drop-off point or counter.

Cabin baggage: pay attention to the lightest fares

The current FAQ states that PROMO and LITE fares include only the under-seat personal item free of charge, limited to 40 × 30 × 20 cm and 4 kg. A large cabin bag is therefore not automatically included in every Corendon offer. Check the purchased fare, flight number and seller's conditions. Older pages mentioning 8 kg or another size should not be used as a universal current rule.

Hold baggage, special needs and contact

The current baggage page explicitly applies only to XC and XR flights and directs CD flights to Dutch support. It also specifies that the allowance may depend on the tour operator and destination. For an additional suitcase, sports equipment or another special item, check the option offered in your booking and its acceptance before departure. Assistance requests must be notified during booking and through the designated form; Corendon asks for at least 48 hours' notice to arrange help. Use the official contact centre to confirm any service.

Frequently asked questions

Do the same rules apply to all Corendon flights?

No. Corendon Airlines pages state their XC/XR scope and direct CD flights to another service; the tour operator may also determine included services.
