Brussels Airlines in Marrakech: booking, check-in and baggage

For your trip to Marrakech with Brussels Airlines, always compare general information with the ticket actually purchased. A connection or a flight operated by another airline may alter check-in and permitted baggage. Your booking details let you check these points without assuming that a marketed itinerary is necessarily direct.

Check your booking before departure

Brussels Airlines' digital services bring together booking management, flight status, seat selection and check-in. The baggage calculator uses information including the itinerary, class and fare. Consult these details before choosing an offer, then check them again after any flight change. An online change option remains subject to your booking's conditions and any charges shown before confirmation.

In Marrakech, allow for a visit to the counter

Online check-in opens from 24 hours before departure, on the website or app. An important point for the return from Marrakech: Brussels Airlines requires passengers departing from Africa to go to the counter to obtain their final boarding pass, even if they have already checked in online and are travelling with hand baggage only. Keep the digital confirmation, but do not regard it as an exemption from this step. Observe the deadline stated for your flight.

Cabin baggage: identify your fare family

On the relevant short- and medium-haul flights, Economy Basic includes a personal item limited to 40 × 30 × 15 cm. Economy Light, Comfort, Comfort Green and Flex add a cabin bag up to 8 kg and 55 × 40 × 23 cm. Exceptions exist for certain statuses. Duty-free purchases do not create an extra allowance: plan to include them in your permitted baggage. A partner-operated flight must be checked separately.

Add a suitcase or request help

The hold allowance appears on the ticket, confirmation or My Booking and depends on the class, route and status. Do not confuse cabin baggage with an included checked suitcase: Basic and Light fares do not automatically offer the latter. Brussels Airlines states that extra baggage must be added before check-in, no later than two hours before departure. Check the price in your booking and use the Contact portal for a difficulty or particular need.
