The airport covers an area of 22 hectares and has three terminals with an annual capacity to host 9 million passengers.
Terminal 1 was fully renovated in 2008 with an architecture inspired by the 21st century Moroccan palace, featuring Islamic and natural geometric patterns that blend into a network of giant concrete diamonds. It is also equipped with solar panels.
Terminal 2 was inaugurated in 2005, and Terminal 3 was expanded in 2016 to reach a total capacity of accommodating 9 million passengers per year.
