Transavia in Marrakech: booking, boarding pass and baggage
Before a Transavia flight in Marrakech, identify the airline operating your ticket and purchased services. Transavia France uses numbers starting with TO; Transavia Airlines in the Netherlands uses HV. This helps you find the correct booking and applicable conditions. Find the correct booking in My Transavia
For check-in, have your booking number, surname and departure date ready. The booking number differs from the TO or HV flight number. If you bought the ticket through an agency, find the Transavia reference on the documents it gave you. Check baggage options before checking in: the airline states that once this step is completed, some changes can no longer be made online and require a counter visit.

Online check-in opens 30 hours before departure. It closes 4 hours or 1 hour beforehand, depending on the airport: use the deadline stated for your flight. Return check-in therefore does not necessarily open at the same time as outbound check-in. Transavia's boarding pass section requires a paper version for travel to or from Morocco. If downloading or printing does not work, it provides for collection at the counter after online check-in. Plan this visit and do not leave with your phone as your only solution.

The included hand baggage measures no more than 40 × 30 × 20 cm, including wheels and handles, and goes under the seat. Its maximum weight is 10 kg. The 55 × 40 × 25 cm cabin suitcase goes above the seats: it is included with Smart or Max fares, or available as an option with Basic or Plus. When taking both, their combined weight must not exceed 10 kg. Check your summary rather than treating all hand baggage as a cabin suitcase.

The hold allowance is booked during purchase or in My Transavia. Its price depends on the route and chosen weight; also check what your fare already includes. The published general rule limits each piece to 32 kg and 165 cm for the sum of length, width and height, including wheels and handles. Some destinations have additional restrictions. Weigh each suitcase separately and keep proof of purchased options: the total booked weight does not remove the limit applicable to a single piece.

Notify the airline of an assistance request no later than 48 hours before departure, during booking, in My Transavia or through customer service. The airline asks you to start at its airport check-in counter, then go to the mobility assistance point. For a non-urgent question, its contact page offers channels including WhatsApp and social media; for an imminent departure, it recommends telephone contact. Consult official contact details for your situation and prepare both the booking reference and flight number.
